Halibut Genoa Pesto (Quick & Easy)



  • 4 6-oz. Halibut Steaks
  • Oil
  • 1 Jar of Crespi & Figli Genoa Pesto
  • 1 lemon cut into 4 wedges

    • Preheat broiler with rack set 4" from the heat source. Lightly oil broiling pan. Rinse steaks and pat dry-Place Halibut steaks on pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until opaque throughout. Place steaks on individual plates and top each steak with a spoonful of Genoa pesto. Add a lemon wedge to each plate. Serves 4.
